YOUNG LIVERS is the first all-new Gainesville band that we have released in a long time. We could not be prouder! YOUNG LIVERS features folks from GLASS & ASHES, FIYA, and other musical brutarians and luminaries. Were I to say it sounded like THIN LIZZY, I would be taking a leap of journalistic license, but damn, those dueling guitar leads and jams do ignite the soulʼs furnace in ways unexpected and joyous! So letʼs drop names like the verb farmers we all are: GLASS & ASHES, WIPERS, HOOVER, DRIVE LIKE JEHU, SLEEPYTIME TRIO, beer and good times hanging out at the show with brothers
and sisters in arms. Hell yeah, thatʼs what I say! These guys will be touring
constantly from the end of 2007 all the way through the vast uncharted reaches of virgin 2008! Expect a Euro tour before the 08 evaporates. —Var.
